The Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime is a budget smartphone from the Samsung powered by the Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 processor.
Design and Display
This smartphone made of plastic and the removable back cover is textured. The volume buttons remain on the left of the device while the power button is on the right. A headphone jack is present at the top and a micro USB 2.0 port at the bottom. The Galaxy J2 Prime sports 5-inch touch display with 540 x 960 pixels at 228 ppi. on top are the Samsung logo and 5-megapixel with LED flash. Below the display, there is a physical home button.
Processor and Storage
The J2 Prime is powered by MediaTek MT6737T CPU along with 1.5 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128 GB. It also has Mali-T720 MP2 for graphics processing. The smartphone runs Android 6.0.1 with Samsung’s new Grace UX on top of it.
Camera and Battery
Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime features 8 MP primary camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, auto-focus and 5 MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, also equipped with LED flash. The phone is powered by a large 2600 mAh removable Li-Ion battery.
The device has USB 3.0 for data transferring and charging. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi :802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5 GHz), Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot, GPS/GLONASS/BEIDOU, NFC, and Bluetooth.
