Design and Display
The main design feature we note about Google Nexus 6 is its size. It has 6.27 Inch(159.3mm) height and 3.15 Inch (83.0mm) width. The device is curved or sloped so its thin side is 0.15in. and the thicker hump is 0.39 in. With no physical buttons, its edge-to-edge display is noteworthy. All the physical buttons are found on the right-hand side of Nexus 6, within easy reach of your right-hand thumb. Nexus 6 is made of plastic which feels smooth and it weighs about 184g. Only two color options are available: Cloud White or Midnight Blue. It has a 5.96 inch AMOLED capacitative touchscreen with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.
Nexus 6 runs Android 5.0 Lollipop powered by 2.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor, Adreno 420 GPU paired with 3GB of RAM and either 32 or 64 GB of internal storage. With its phablet-sized display, the Nexus 6 is certainly a multimedia powerhouse. When speaking about connectivity features the Nexus 6 includes dual-band Wi-Fi (including 802.11 ac), 4G, SlimPort-compatible micro USB and Bluetooth 4.1.
Its rear camera is 13MP surrounded by a dual LED flash ring, with optical image stabilization (OIS) which is not found on the Moto X, and a f/2.0 aperture and a two-megapixel camera on the front.
Nexus 6 has an excellent battery capacity. Behind its 6-inch AMOLED occupies a mighty 3220mAh capacity battery which is same as the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and iPhone 6 Plus. The device supports the Qi charging standard for inductive charging by using the Nexus Wireless Charger or any Qi charger.
