Huawei Watch was widely considered to be one of the best Android Wear devices when it first launched, solidifying its place in the smartwatch industry. Now Huawei looks to follow up with the second iteration – the Huawei Watch 2.
While LG already announced their smartwatch competitors this year, Huawei’s latest offering run Android Wear 2.0 along with a bevy of features as expected. The smartwatch incorporates 4G connectivity, GPS, NFC, heart rate sensors and a variety of design schemes.
The Huawei Watch 2 sports a 1.2-inch 390x390 display, 4GB of storage space, 768MB RAM and 420mAh battery capacity. The standard version of the smartwatch comes with a rubberized band and larger bezel around the display. It comes in a wide range of colors and even a 4G model in case you want to use a nanoSIM with your watch.
The Huawei Watch 2 Classic looks much more like a traditional watch. Along with these two designs, there is the Huawei Watch 2 Porsche Design which, much like the Mate 9, shows of a more luxurious fashion style.
The Huawei Watch 2 will be available in the UAE starting March for €329 (AED 1276).
