We're yet to embrace the bendable screen concept. But, there's no denial that this technology has its own benefits too. Just imagine, it would be so good to roll up a full size laptop into a small case, and store it safely. Also, bendable gadgets and televisions are much easier to transport. LG seems to be harping constantly on this theme. At the CES 2016, the company will be demonstrating an 18-inch colour screen that can be rolled up just like a newspaper.

Sony 4k HDR TV
2016 belongs to the High dynamic range theme for televisions. The HDR support offers improved colour accuracy, contrast and clarity across all content. Sony is all set to launch three of its 4K HDR TVs, powered by Android TV and offering HDR (High Dynamic Range) compatibility.
A new type of Wi-Fi will be soon announced at the CES 2016. It has been designed to "meet the unique needs of the Smart Home, Smart City, and industrial markets because of its ability to operate using very low power, penetrate through walls, and operate at significantly longer ranges than Wi-Fi today”. Named as the 'Wi-Fi HaLow', this new standard can be used in smart homes, connected cars, digital healthcare, as well as in agricultural, industrial and smart city environments.

Do you hate waking up to those harsh, loud, annoying alarm clock buzzers? If yes, here's good news for you. Alarm clocks are no longer annoying. Sensorwake promises to make your mornings smell like chocolate aroma, or the sharp smell of mint, or maybe the bracing scent of the seaside. The SensorWake's latest alarm clock concept uses scents to get you out of bed in the morning.
Honeywell's Lyric Round Thermostat
Do you want to cut down on your heavy energy bills? Well! Intelligent thermostats can pretty much help you to achieve it. The company has planned to provide you a personal assistant, along with an impressive voice command system. Yes, we are talking about the Amazon Echo, "one of the better voice-controlled devices when it comes to understanding the commands you bark at it". This product serves as a voice-enabled computer and a speaker at the same time.

"Opening fridge doors is for humans stuck in the 20th century". It looks like LG has taken this statement way too seriously.
