If you thought the impressive Apple iPad Pro was too big for your liking, then not to worry. Apple has officially launched a smaller version of its advanced 12.9-inch iPad Pro. Simply again called as the iPad Pro, the new tablet holds a 9.7-inch “True-Tone” display with 2048 x 2732 resolution.

The tablet also features new ambient sensors that automatically adjust the display according to the ambient temperature. The device is powered by the same Apple A9X processor and 4GB RAM found on the bigger iPad Pro. The speaker setup remains the same quad-core configuration as expected. The smartphone will also support the use of Apple Pencil stylus.

Apple has also included a better 12MP iSight camera with 4K recording, and a 5MP FaceTime selfie snapper. This is probably the best camera setup ever implemented on a tablet.

The Apple iPad Pro is stated to release soon, with the storage options including 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB for both WiFi only and LTE models. Colors include space gray, silver, gold and rose gold. Local prices and availability are yet to be decided, but the international pricing goes as the 32GB WiFi is $599, 128GB for $749, and 256GB WiFi for $899.
