If the debut of Justice League wasn’t enough to excite DC Comic fans, Warner Bros and DC Comics also roll out the first trailer of Wonder Woman’s first stand-alone movie. The movie dates back in the past when Diana Prince, played by Gal Gadot meets Steve Trever (Chris Pine), a fighter pilot who crash lands in the land of Themsycria.

For someone who has been raised by a woman, Diana sees Steve as the first man she has ever met. Steve explains Diana about the world war that’s spreading around the world. Scenes show Diana come to the man’s world, and blending in with parties hosted by the rich. Diana says Steve that she doesn’t have a father, and that she was brought to life by Zeus.

More intense scenes appear as Diana prepares to gear up for war with her Wonder Woman attire, Bracelets of Submission, and shiny boots. Fighting scenes continue as Wonder Woman uses her Lasso of Truth to whip around enemy soldiers, and another scene where she uses her shield to resist machine gun fire. The trailer ends with the epic theme of Wonder Woman and her logo. The movie is set to be released by June 2017 next year.
